In a deep bowl, mix the grated broccoli with 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt.
Add 150 g of flour and 2 tsp of baking powder, mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the batter, smoothing the top.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool in the tin before slicing.
Enjoy the broccoli bread on its own or with cream cheese, vegetable, or meat fillings.
