Noni dough (fermented outside of the fridge for 12 to 18 hours)
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the noni dough by combining all ingredients and letting it ferment outside of the fridge for 12 to 18 hours.
Preheat the oven to 550°F.
Coat a pan with olive oil and place the dough in the pan, stretching it to fit the entire length.
Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours, depending on the temperature of your house.
Dimple the dough and add more olive oil for a nice crust.
Pop any large air pockets by dimpling the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-16 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with olive oil, parmesan, garlic, balsamic vinegar, or honey truffle ricotta dip.
