Bake chicken breasts seasoned with Cajun seasoning.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter, then add chicken stock and milk. Reduce the mixture.
Add Cajun seasoning, parmesan, light cream cheese, single cream, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Toss in cooked spaghetti and pasta water to combine pasta and sauce.
Slice Cajun chicken breasts and serve on top of the pasta.
Top with more alfredo sauce and grated parmesan before serving.
