Ingredients:

• For Breakfast Strudel:
• Frozen puff pastry
• Crushed pineapple
• Melted butter
• Unsweetened coconut flakes
• Sweetened condensed milk
• For Vegetable Egg in a Hole:
• Frozen puff pastry
• Yellow squash
• Zucchini
• Tomatoes
• Olive oil
• Garlic
• Eggs
• Frisée lettuce
• Chives
• Basil
• Red wine vinegar
• Salt
• Pepper
• For Chicken and Mushroom Pocket:
• Frozen puff pastry
• Mushrooms
• Onion
• Garlic
• Heavy cream
• Boneless skinless chicken thighs
• Butter
• Spinach
• Drain crushed pineapple.
• Thaw puff pastry, cut, fill with pineapple, seal, brush with butter, bake.
• Toast coconut flakes.
• Serve with sweetened condensed milk and toasted coconut.
• Thaw puff pastry, cut, roast vegetables, assemble tart, bake.
• Add egg, broil until cooked.
• Prepare frisée salad with chives, basil, vinaigrette.
• Serve egg in a hole with salad.
• Roast mushrooms, onions, garlic, add cream, chill.
• Season chicken, fill puff pastry with mushroom mix, seal, bake.
• Sauté spinach, serve with chicken and mushroom pocket.
