Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter over medium/high heat.
Dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess flour.
Fry chicken over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Turn chicken over and fry the other side for 4 minutes.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of butter.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and stir briefly.
Add 90 g of honey (or maple syrup), 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Garnish with chives and serve.
