Marinate diced chicken breast with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and soy sauce. Set aside.
In a pan on high heat, cook Frozen mixed vegetables and eggs. Add the white part of the spring onion.
Add day-old cooked white rice and a bit of soy sauce. Mix well, then remove from heat and add the green part of the spring onion and sesame oil.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, tomato sauce, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
Cook marinated chicken on medium to high heat. Add the sauce and corn flour mixed with water to thicken. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide the honey garlic chicken with the fried rice equally and serve. Enjoy!
