Coat calamari rings in seasoned flour in batches.
Fry calamari in hot oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Drain fried calamari on a paper towel-lined plate.
Sprinkle with salt immediately after frying.
Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sauce.
