High Protein Crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken Fried Rice (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, seasoned with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder
Mixed vegetables
Eggs
Leftover cooked rice
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Garlic
Ginger
Pineapple juice
Honey
Tomato sauce
Cornstarch
Water
Onion
Bell pepper
Pineapple
Instructions:
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder. Fry until crispy and golden. Set aside.
In a pan on medium heat, cook mixed vegetables for a minute. Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
Mix in leftover cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until well combined.
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute before adding pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce, and cornstarch mixed with water. Let it thicken.
Add the crispy chicken back into the pan along with onion, bell pepper, and pineapple. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into four equal servings. Serve and enjoy!
