Cube the sashimi grade salmon and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add kupi mayo, sriracha, a pinch of sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the salmon. Mix well.
Add masago, diced cucumbers, and sliced scallions to the bowl. Mix again.
Cook Japanese rice according to package instructions and place it in a bowl.
Top the rice with the spicy salmon mixture.
Garnish with sliced avocado and fruity kake.
