4 chicken thighs with skin on, bone removed and butterflied
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
5 spice powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 clove of garlic, sliced and diced
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, 5 spice powder, sugar, and garlic.
Add the butterflied chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well to ensure the chicken is coated in the marinade.
Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
Air fry the chicken for 15 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, make some rice.
Once the chicken is done, serve with the rice and enjoy your Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Thighs.
