Prepare Teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until combined.
Slice spam and sear until golden. Add Teriyaki sauce and let it reduce.
Cut Nori into strips and assemble musubi by layering rice, spam, and egg in a can. Press down to form a rectangular shape.
Sprinkle rice seasoning on top and wrap with Nori.
Cut into slices and enjoy your Spam Musubi.
