Hawaiian Style Flanking Ribs with Macaroni Salad (Original video)
Ingredients:
Flanking style beef ribs
Soy sauce
Garlic
Xylitol (or brown sugar)
Rice vinegar
Fresh ginger
Sesame chili oil
Cooked macaroni
Mayonnaise
Shredded carrot
Diced celery
Green onions
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, garlic, xylitol (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, fresh ginger, and sesame chili oil. Mix well.
Marinate the flanking style beef ribs in the sauce for at least half an hour, preferably longer.
Prepare the macaroni salad by mixing cooked macaroni with mayonnaise, shredded carrot, diced celery, green onions, salt, and pepper. Adjust mayo and seasoning to taste.
Grill the marinated ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
Serve the grilled ribs garnished with green onions and sesame seeds alongside the macaroni salad. Enjoy the Hawaiian flavors!
