In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, Gochujang, and black pepper. Blend until frothy.
Distribute egg mixture into meal prep containers and bake for 17-20 minutes.
Season ground meat with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Form into 8 patties.
Toast English muffins in a toaster oven or under a broiler.
Top each muffin with a slice of cheese and a cooked egg rectangle.
Cook meat patties in a pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Place cooked meat on top of the egg-topped muffins.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then store in Ziploc bags in the freezer.
To reheat, microwave on medium to medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
