Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a rack at the bottom.
Prep a popover pan by buttering or using baking spray, ensuring thorough coverage to prevent sticking.
In a blender, combine room temperature eggs, milk, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Add flour to the blender and blend for 15 seconds.
Mix in melted butter for an additional 10-15 seconds.
Fill the prepared popover pan close to full and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
Without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 18-20 minutes until puffed up and golden.
Remove popovers from the oven and poke holes in each to release steam and prevent collapsing.
Serve plain or with butter and jam. Enjoy the light and airy popovers!
