In a bowl, combine low sodium soy sauce, optional hot sauce, minced garlic, Honey, ground ginger, sesame seeds, and corn starch mixed with cold water. Mix well.
In a large bowl, season chopped chicken with salt, pepper, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly.
Heat toasted sesame oil in a stove top pan over medium heat. Add the chicken mix and cook until browned on both sides.
Pour in the sauce mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy!
