Easy Sesame Chicken Meal Prep

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- Optional hot sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 lbs chopped chicken (chicken thighs or breasts)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine low sodium soy sauce, optional hot sauce, minced garlic, Honey, ground ginger, sesame seeds, and corn starch mixed with cold water. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, season chopped chicken with salt, pepper, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat toasted sesame oil in a stove top pan over medium heat. Add the chicken mix and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy!
