Melt grass-fed butter and mix with favorite hot sauce and honey for glaze.
Combine plain flour, potato or corn starch, baking powder, and seasoning in a bowl.
Dredge marinated chicken wings in the dry batter mixture.
Fry chicken wings in oil at 350°F until golden brown.
Toss fried wings in half of the buttery hot sauce mixture.
Bake wings at 450°F for a few minutes.
Glaze wings with remaining sauce before serving.
