Trim and dry chicken thighs, then season with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, and seasoned salt.
Place seasoned chicken in a cast iron skillet, cover with foil, and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Remove drippings, mix with minced garlic, honey, and lemon juice to create a sauce.
Coat chicken with drippings, bake uncovered for another 25 minutes.
Broil for 2-5 minutes for crispy skin.
Serve chicken with remaining drippings poured over the top. Enjoy!
