Add 1/4 cup lard and drizzle in 2/3 cup warm water to form a sticky dough.
Flour your surface, place the dough down, knead, roll into balls, and cover for 30 minutes.
Roll each ball into thin tortillas.
Cook in a hot dry pan until bubbles form, then flip.
