Spam and Egg Stir-Fry (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Spam
• Eggs
• Avocado oil
• Seasoning (Johnny's Seasoning Pepper or preferred seasoning)
• Red and green bell pepper
• Garlic
• Onion

Instructions:

1. Cut the Spam into cubes and cook in a pan with avocado oil until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté red and green bell pepper, garlic, and onion until softened.
3. Beat eggs and pour into the pan with the vegetables. Cook until desired consistency.
4. Season with Johnny's Seasoning Pepper or preferred seasoning.
5. Add the cooked Spam back into the pan and mix everything together.
6. Serve and enjoy the crispy Spam and egg stir-fry.
