Heat wok with peanut oil, then fry garlic and shallot until fragrant.
Add eggs, stir until almost solid, then add rice.
Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and MSG to taste.
Add spring onion and chili, stir well.
Optionally, add pork fat for flavor or sambal belacan for extra spice.
