Sweeten the watermelon juice to taste with the simple syrup.
Transfer the sweetened juice into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
Serve the watermelon agua fresca over ice cubes in a tall glass.
Optional: Garnish with mint, lime, or vodka according to preference.
