Heat up 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add onions and bell peppers and saute for 2 minutes or until translucent.
Add spring onions and saute for another minute.
Chop up chicken Vienna sausages and hot and spicy Vienna sausages and add to the pan.
Mix everything together and add a quarter teaspoon of black pepper, 2 heaping tablespoons of tomato ketchup, and a little bit of water.
Allow everything to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley flakes on top for presentation (optional).
Serve with fried plantains and avocado. Enjoy!
