In a bowl, mix plain flour, vanilla protein powder, zero-calorie sweetener, and baking powder until clumps are removed.
Add the blended egg and cottage cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Gently combine without overmixing to form the batter.
Heat a lightly greased pan and pour the pancake batter onto it. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Repeat the process to make five pancakes. Meal prep as desired and enjoy!
