Protein-Packed Beef and Cheese Egg Cups (Original video)
Ingredients:
- 2 lb lean beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced garlic
- Butter
- 5 eggs
- 750 g Scottish cheese
- 2 cups egg whites
- Pepper
- 70 g bacon bits
- Fat-free cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix lean beef, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and butter.
- Crack and whisk 5 eggs in a separate bowl.
- Add 750 g of Scottish cheese and 2 cups of egg whites to the eggs. Season with pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture and egg mixture into five bowls.
- Add fat-free cheese and bacon bits to each bowl and mix well.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
