In a bowl, mix lean beef, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and butter.
Crack and whisk 5 eggs in a separate bowl.
Add 750 g of Scottish cheese and 2 cups of egg whites to the eggs. Season with pepper.
Divide the beef mixture and egg mixture into five bowls.
Add fat-free cheese and bacon bits to each bowl and mix well.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy the protein-packed beef and cheese egg cups.
