1 tablespoon of finely-ground hazelnut-flavored coffee
1 pound of mix-ins (milk and dark chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped dark chocolate, peanut butter chips, dried coconut, mini pretzels, kettle chips, and caramel corn)
Instructions:
Brown the butter by cooking it over medium heat for 4-6 minutes until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, and browned butter until fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla paste and beat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, and hazelnut-flavored coffee.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined.
Fold in the mix-ins, being careful not to over-mix.
Pre-scoop the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes on a cold tray.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
