Tastiest High Protein Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken, cubed
Soy sauce
All-purpose seasoning
Olive oil
Light soy sauce
Honey
Fresh garlic
Water
Corn flour
Eggs
Chopped onions
Fresh ginger
Carrots
Peas
Bean sprouts
Leftover rice
Oyster sauce
Green onion
Instructions:
Slice chicken into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, all-purpose seasoning, and olive oil.
Prepare teriyaki sauce by combining light soy sauce, honey, fresh garlic, water, and corn flour.
Cook scrambled eggs in a hot pan, then cook marinated chicken until golden brown. Add teriyaki sauce and let it thicken before setting the chicken aside.
In the same pan, cook chopped onions, fresh ginger, carrots, peas, and bean sprouts for 5 minutes.
Add leftover rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the vegetable mixture.
Mix in the cooked chicken, scrambled eggs, and green onion.
Ensure everything is well combined, then serve and enjoy!
