Beat 2 egg yolks with 80 grams of sugar, 8 grams of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and 130 ml milk.
Add 180 grams of flour, 8 grams of baking powder, and 30 grams of melted butter. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a buttered mold.
Divide the sliced apples on top of the batter.
Pour 25 grams of melted butter over the apples and sprinkle with 50 grams of sugar.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
