Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound chopped raw bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup pork rind crumbs
- Salt
- White pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped raw bacon, shredded cheese, pork rind crumbs, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the egg.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Use a cookie scooper to form even-sized meatballs and place them in a single layer on parchment paper.
- Freeze the meatballs for about three hours until they are frozen solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the meatballs into freezer bags for future use.
- To cook, preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the frozen meatballs in the air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve and enjoy! These meatballs can be stored in the freezer for quick and easy weeknight meals.
