Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound chopped raw bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pork rind crumbs
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped raw bacon, shredded cheese, pork rind crumbs, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the egg.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Use a cookie scooper to form even-sized meatballs and place them in a single layer on parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the meatballs for about three hours until they are frozen solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the meatballs into freezer bags for future use.
  6. To cook, preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Place the frozen meatballs in the air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Serve and enjoy! These meatballs can be stored in the freezer for quick and easy weeknight meals.
