In a mixing bowl, combine the strong white bread flour and fast action dried yeast.
Add olive oil and salt to the mixture.
Slowly pour in 400 ml of cool water while mixing the ingredients until a wet dough forms.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Press the dough into a baking tray, creating dimples with your fingers.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy your homemade focaccia bread.
