In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes to make a roux.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve the Brazilian beef stroganoff sauce over cooked beef and noodles. Enjoy!
