2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for brushing)
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
4 large cloves of garlic
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2/3 cup of water, mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 30 seconds, then shape it into a ball.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape each piece into a flatbread about 1/8 inch thick.
Heat a large grilling pan over medium heat.
Brush each flatbread with extra virgin olive oil and cook for 60-75 seconds per side.
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley, and shredded garlic.
After flipping the flatbread, spread the garlic and parsley mixture on top and cook for another 60-75 seconds.
Remove the flatbread from the pan and repeat the process for the remaining pieces.
Serve warm and enjoy the delicious homemade garlic flatbreads.
