High Protein Honey Barbecue Chicken Mac and Cheese (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, cubed
Garlic
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt
Olive oil
Honey
Barbecue sauce
Low-fat milk
Hot sauce
Light cream cheese
Low-fat cheddar
Macaroni
Instructions:
Slice chicken into cubes. Add garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
Cook seasoned chicken on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the heat, then add honey and barbecue sauce. Mix well and set the chicken aside.
In a separate pot, combine low-fat milk, hot sauce, light cream cheese, and low-fat cheddar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
Distribute the mac and cheese into four equal servings, then top each serving with the honey barbecue chicken. Enjoy!
