Place a steamer rack in a wok and add enough water so that the outside of the bowl is about halfway submerged in water.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon, and 1/2 tbsp oil. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup warm water to the egg mixture and mix again.
Add another 1 1/2 cups of warm water to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into a bowl and place the bowl in the wok.
Cover the wok and steam on high heat until the water is boiling.
Turn the heat to low and simmer for an additional 8 minutes.
Add green onions and white pepper on top of the steamed eggs.
Serve and enjoy!
